How Servicing Director Handles Credit Bureau Reporting of Borrowers and Co-Borrowers

In Servicing Director, when you set up the Credit Bureau Table setup, you can also choose to include one (1) or four (4) J2 segments (200 characters each) to handle the reporting of your co-borrowers.

J2 segments include the following:

  • Names and phone numbers of co-borrowers
  • Address of co-borrowers: The active address of the borrower if it exists, or the primary mailing address for the loan. Spouses would be included in J2 segments.

If you choose the four (4) J2 segments, then a total of 5 borrowers can be reported.
These would be the primary, the co-borrower, and the first 3 of the other borrower positions set up for your loan.

Here is the available list of Borrower positions delivered in Servicing Director:

  • Position 0 Primary
  • Position 1 Co-Borrower
  • Position 2 Guarantor
  • Position 3 Other
  • Position 4 Limited Guarantor
  • Position 5 Management Company
  • Position 6 Tenant
  • Position 7 Notice

Any of these will report if they have the Borrower box checked in the Borrower details screen.
If you uncheck the Borrower box, they will not report, regardless of the Position.
A primary borrower cannot have the Borrower box unchecked.
