Fusion EZTeller issue when creating a 10-day hold in the Reg CC Module
In Fusion EZTeller versions 20.2 through 22.1.7.3, in some cases, the Calendar Date Available for 10 day holds is being calculated incorrectly. If, in Superview>Profile Options>Modules>Reg CC>Hold Policy tab, 10 days is selected in the New Account Amount >$5k column for any Item Type, and a Notice of Delayed Availability for a New Account hold is created for that Item Type on a Friday, the resulting Calendar Date Available will reflect the 9th business day following the business date of the transaction rather than the 10th.
If you have questions, or to request updated software when available, please create a case through Case Management or call Fusion EZTeller Support at (800) 547-3279, option 1.
Recommended Action
Until the issue is resolved and a software update is available, you should not select 10 business days in the New Account Amount >$5k column for any Item Type. (In Superview>Profile Options>Modules>Reg CC>Hold Policy tab, New Account Amount >$5k column)
Expected availability for software update: August 31, 2023
