How To Adjust Interest Due On The Loan When Calculating A Payoff

You want to know how to adjust interest due on the loan when calculating a payoff.
 
When you are looking at the Payoff request via Customer Service > Payoff and Calculate, you will see that the field called Interest cannot be edited. If you select the interest button, it will show you the break down, but there is no way to adjust the interest in the quote. 

If you need to adjust the total interest due, then you will need to do that via Payment Processing at the time you add the loan to the payoff batch.
