Perform An EDI Hazard Insurance 4010 Export
You will need to use the EDI Hazard Insurance 4010 export to create a response file for an EDI Hazard Insurance 4010 import file received from a specific insurance company.
Insurance records where the policy is escrowed, a premium was expected (whether paid or not), and the insurance payee is the recipient of the export will be included in the export file.
- Open Event Manager. The Event Manager screen appears.
- In the Available Events list, expand Disbursements, and then expand Imports/Exports.
- Select EDI Hazard Insurance 4010 Export, and then drag it to the Scheduled Instances list.
- Select EDI Hazard Insurance 4010 Export from the Scheduled Instances list, and then click Criteria. The Edit EDI 820 Hazard insurance (4010) screen appears.
- Select the export type from the drop-down list.
- Do one of the following:
In the Export Filename field, enter the file name and location of the layout file that you want to use for the export or click Browse to select the file name and location. - Click OK. The Event Manager screen reappears.
- Click Run to create the export file.
- If you selected Create New Export from the Export Type drop-down list, select the imported batch that you want to create an export file for from the Import Batch ID drop-down list.
- If you selected Resubmit a Previous Export or Recreate a Previous Export from the Export Type drop-down list, select the batch that you want to resubmit or recreate from the EDI Batch ID drop-down list.
