Servicing Director SWBC Insurance Outsource Export's Record Selection Criteria
The Servicing Director SWBC Insurance Outsource Export event can be run to create an export file for SWBC (Southwest Business Corporation) that includes all insurance information for active loans that meet the criteria set up on the Outsource Insurance Setup screen.
The export selects all Insurance records where the policy number is not on active loans, or the loans were paid in full within the last 14 days. - The insurance type and property type must be set up to export on the Outsourced Insurance Setup screen in System Administration.
- There must be a value in the Client/Servicer ID field on the Vendor screen in System Administration where the Vendor name is Southwest Business Corporation.
