The Servicing Director Event of Inspections Request Export contains Built In Selection Criteria
The Servicing Director event, Inspections Request Export, exports bulk inspection information in a universal MBA 2.0 format that can be provided to an inspections company or vendor.
The event allows the user to define some selection criteria when setting up and running the export event.
There is however some built in selection criteria for the event that the user cannot define.
Inspections requests for loans will only be selected when the following conditions of the built in criteria are met:
The built in filters are Property.StopPIR <> 1, Status.PrimStat = 1 and InspectionCompany.Reference IS NOT .
The Property.StopPIR <> 1 filter is related to the Customer Service application, Property screen’s use of the Inspection Request: field. If “No” is selected it returns a value to the StopPIR field of 1 and will not be part of any export unless it is changed to a “Yes” or “Unknown” (this is the default value).
Status.PrimStat = 1 filter will only allow records for active loans to be selected.
InspectionCompany.Reference IS NOT filter requires that you have set up a reference number for the inspection company that they use for your company. This is set up in Table Setup, Inspection Company, Edit Inspection Company screen.
