Servicing Director Export Disbursements To Quicken Event Has Been Replaced By The Ultradata Disbursements Export Event
The 'Export Disbursements to Quicken' was the original, old event used for this process to transfer disbursement information to Ultradata for the purpose of check printing.
A defect was found, and we developed a new event called 'Ultradata Disbursements Export'
The Ultradata Disbursements export is the only one you should be running at this time.
If you have the Export Disbursements to Quicken' scheduled and creating files, please remove that event from your recurring instances in Event Manager.
Event Manager > View > Recurring Instances .. then locate and select the 'Export Disbursements to Quicken' event …> Instances > Delete Recurring instance.
Before deleting the old event, verify that the checks.txt output file from the Export Disbursements to Quicken event is currently saving to the correct location and with the correct name, then you should make note of that info before deleting the event, so that you may use it in your 'Ultradata Disbursements Export' event.
You should then set up and schedule the Ultra data Disbursements Export Event instead.
