Viewing Servicing Director Event Manager Scheduled Event Criteria
Scheduled Event Manager events include criteria in most cases, such as where to save a file or which printer to use.
Use the Event Manager Instance Search screen to quickly search for a scheduled event instance based on its name, category, frequency type, group, and/or priority.
- Open the System Administrator application.
- Click Event Manager. The Event Manager screen appears.
- Click Instances > Search. The Instance Search screen appears.
- In the Event Name, Category Description, Event Type, Group, and/or Priority fields, enter or select criteria to search for the event.
Note: If you do not know the exact name of the event you are looking for, enter a partial name with the wildcard character, %. For example, if you are looking for the ACH export, type %ACH% in the Event Name field.
- Click Search. The Search screen lists the scheduled event instances that match your search.
- Click on the event instance you want to view and highlight it.
- Click Select. The selected event will appear highlighted on the Event Manager scheduled events screen.
- Click Criteria. The Criteria screen for that event appears.
