Creating a Servicing Director Event Manager One-Time Event to Run Regularly but Separately from the Scheduled Events

You may find you have a need to set up an Event Manager event that would be run regularly but only individually and separately from your daily scheduled events.

Creating a one-time event allows you to save any specific criteria you want for the event, but the event will not be in the daily scheduled events.

This could be an event such as the Lockbox Import event, where the user will be running the event with a specific layout file and import file for the criteria each time, but the event will be run before the daily end-of-day Run All scheduled events.


  1. Open the System Administration application.
  2. Click Event Manager.
  3. From the Available Events section, locate and drag the event you want over to the Scheduled Events section.
  4. When the event's Criteria screen opens, select the settings you want to save and re-use.
  5. Click OK to save.
  6. When the event's Schedule screen opens, select Once from the Event Occurs list.
  7. Click OK to save.

 

The Event will now be available to run from Event Manager > View > One Time Instances, and the settings you entered on the Criteria screen will be saved.
