Banks using EZTeller software will need to use the steps below to meet the new FinCEN requirements for submitting amended CTR forms.

Effective December 1, 2011, FinCEN has changed requirements for submitting amended CTR forms. Banks must now reprint the amended CTR with complete data.  Prior to this change, banks would send a copy of the original form with an attached form with amendments.

Steps to print complete CTR form with amended data:

1. Review the CTR and make needed changes.
2. Select Amends Prior Report.
3. Click Print button at bottom of screen to print the form.
4. Or click Print Preview then click on the printer icon to print the form.
5. This will reprint the complete report with the changes and the Amended status.

Remember: Don't print amended forms under the CTR Main Menu > Print Forms > Amended forms (A in Status) print option.
