Servicing Director CSS Editing The Web Setup Screen

Use this screen to access Customer Self-Service (CSS) setup information including terms and conditions, company setup, and web payments by loan type.

 
To access this screen, open System Administration, right-click and select Web Setup:
 
  • Select a function to edit list
  • Select a CSS function to set up or edit.
  • Open
  • If Terms and Conditions is selected, click to open Select Web Terms, where you can view the terms and conditions policy that will appear in CSS.
  • If Company Setup is selected, click to open Web Company Setup, where you can set up company requirements for CSS.
  • If Web Payments By Loan Type is selected, click to open Web Payments By Loan Types, where you can set up types of loans eligible for online payment.
  • If Message Components is selected, click to open Select Message Component, where you can edit messages that appear to borrowers in CSS and messages sent to borrowers in e-mail.
  • If Group Web Roles is selected, click to open Group Web Roles, where you can assign web roles to security groups.
  • If Web Page Security is selected, click to open Web Page Security, where you can assign web role permissions to CSS web pages.
  • Close
  • Click to close the screen.
