Viewing and changing the Servicing Director Customer Self-Service Web Company Screen
Important Customer Self-Service configuration settings are viewed and changed on the Web Company screen, using the procedure below.
- Open System Administration.
- Right-click on the System Administration screen.
- Click Web Setup. The Edit Web Setup screen appears.
- Select Company Setup, and then click Open. The Web Company Setup screen appears.
- For more information about the Company screen values and settings, see your Customer Self-Service Administrator's Guide.
- After making any changes, click Close. The System Administration screen reappears.
