Viewing and changing the Servicing Director Customer Self-Service Web Company Screen

Important Customer Self-Service configuration settings are viewed and changed on the Web Company screen, using the procedure below.


  1. Open System Administration.
  2. Right-click on the System Administration screen.
  3. Click Web Setup. The Edit Web Setup screen appears.
  4. Select Company Setup, and then click Open. The Web Company Setup screen appears.
  5. For more information about the Company screen values and settings, see your Customer Self-Service Administrator's Guide. 
  6. After making any changes, click Close. The System Administration screen reappears.
