Servicing Director Field Maintenance Logging Reports

Servicing Director delivers two different field logging reports.
  • The Field Logging Rpt
Found in the Event Manager Available Events > System Administration > Reports category.
This report is delivered with two predefined types of criteria; however, you can enter additional criteria as necessary. The predefined criteria prints activity for all selected fields as of a date you specify or as performed by a user you specify. We strongly recommend that you always use criteria on this report to limit the size of the report and to more closely focus your analysis.
If you do not set up any criteria for this report, the output will display all activity.
  • The Daily Field Logging Rpt.
Found in the Event Manager Available Events > System Administration > End Of Day Reports category.
This is designed to be a daily report, ready for scheduling in your end of day events if you wish, and will automatically restrict the output to display only logging activity in the last day.
The predefined criteria for this report is logging activity only on the prior business date. (Table Setup, Company table, Transactions tab)

Note: These reports can show logging for fields defined by your system administrator to be logged by the Field Maintenance Logging feature. For a field to show on these reports, the field must first have logging enabled.
