Servicing Director Field Logging Report Shows More Logging Data Than the Comments Screen All Changes Report

The Servicing Director Field Maintenance logging keeps a log of changes to specific fields in Servicing Director. This log reports changes from one value to another value for the selected fields. This log does not include additions, deletions, or changes from to a value for fields.

There are two ways to view the logged information:
  1. View the Event Manager System Administration Report named the "Field Logging Report'.
  2. View the Comments screen and click "All Changes".
The Event Manager Field Logging Report will show more logging data than the Comments Screen. The Field Logging Report will show all logging data matching the criteria entered for the event. 

The All Changes report will be filtered for logging data containing the Loan ID you have open in the Comments screen. Also, not all types of field changes recorded in the logging will record the actual Loan ID, so while there may be some change associated or indirectly related to the loan, there is no Loan ID directly related, and the Loan ID may not be part of the information logged.  The All Changes report will not show logging data which does not have a Loan ID recorded in the logging, but the Field Logging report will show whatever is logged even if it does not directly include a Loan ID.
