Servicing Director Legal Statuses And Warning Statuses

These are lists of codes and definitions of the Legal statuses and Warning statuses delivered in Servicing Director, as of Release 16.3.
Both Legal statuses and Warning statuses are also user defined, and custom statuses may be added or removed.
This can be done in the System Administration application, Table Setup, Legal Status
or in System Administration application, Table Setup, Warning Status.

These lists comprise the system delivered status codes and descriptions available in the Servicing Director software:

BK11   Bankruptcy Chapter 11
BK13   Bankruptcy Chapter 13
FC       Foreclosure

Warning Status
POQuote     Payoff quote generated
PCStop        Personal check stop
PendSR       Loan pending service release

ServRel        Loan sold service release
