Setting Up a New Investor in Servicing Director

The following steps describe how to set up a new Investor in Servicing Director when your Secondary Marketing Department sells a loan(s) to an investor that is not currently set up in Servicing Director.
To Set up the Investor:
  1. Open Investor Accounting, select Investors.
  2. Click New.
  3. Enter the ID for the Investor.
  4. Select a Cutoff Date from the drop-down list.
  5. Enter the Name of the Investor.
  6. Select the bank account used for the Principal and Interest funds.
  7. Select the bank account for T&I, Unapplied and Loss Draft.
  8. Select the Bank account for Assistance.
  9. Click Continue.
  10. Complete the remaining tabs on the Investor details Screen.
