Setting up Escrow Types

You can set up escrow types of taxes and insurance using the New Escrow Type screen. After you set up the escrow types, you can select them from the Type field when setting up tax bills and insurance premiums in Tracking.
Set up Escrow Account Types as follows:
  1. Access the System Administration application.
  2. Select Table Set Up.
  3. Select Escrow Type.
  4. Select Open.
  5. Select New on the Escrow Type screen.
  6. Enter the information in every field on this screen.
  7. Select Ok. The escrow type screen reappears and displays the new escrow type list.
  8. Select close.
Note: If you are using a force placed insurance vendor, you must have at least one escrow type set up for force placed insurance. To set up this escrow type, add an escrow type for force place policies that has a Record Sub-type Force Places Hazard of Force Placed Flood.
