Adding a Payee in the Title Company Drop-Down in Document Tracking


Adding a Payee in the Title Company drop-down in the Customer Service Application under Document tracking.

The Document Tracking Screen records import information on various Loan Documents, Much of this information is included in the Export file being sent to MERS.

To access the Edit Document Tracking screen, open Customer Service, and then select Other > Document Tracking.


  • Access the System Administration Module
  • Table Setup
  • Mers Members
  • Edit
  • Available Types
  • Select Title Company and add under Assigned types
