Assessing or waiving corporate advances in Servicing Director

You can assess or waive fees used for corporate advances by using the Corporate Advance screen in Customer Service.

To assess a new Corporate Advance:

  1. Open the Customer Service application, select Balances, and Corporate Adv.
  2. Click New.
  3. Select the appropriate fee type from the drop-down list. For the fee type field from, the options available to you are based on the type of fee you select.
  4. Select the relevant description of the fee from the drop-down list for the fee description field.
  5. Enter a Positive (+) amount in the fee assessment field.

Note: If you have current assessments and would like to waive them, Open the Customer Service application, select Balances, and Corporate Adv.

  1. Select the fee that you want to waive from the list on the Corporate Advance screen.
  2. Click Edit.
  3. Enter a negative Amount in the Assess/waive field.
  4. Select OK.
