Changing a Servicing Director Collector Assignment for a Single Loan

In Servicing Director, you may need to manually change the collector who is assigned to a single loan.


  1. Open Customer Service, and enter your loan ID.
  2. Click the Payment button.
  3. On the Payment screen, click the Late Info button.
  4. From the Collector drop-down list, select the collector to assign to your loan.
  5. Click OK.
