Cleaning Up Posted Batches Using the Temporary Table Cleanup Event (Temporary Table Clp )
The Temporary Table Clp event runs a procedure that deletes payment, disbursement, loan transfer batches, and cutoff storage records that are older than 14 days, based on the transaction posting date, from the corresponding Servicing Director tables. However, this cleanup does not delete loan history for these transactions.
These posted batches are unnecessary and over time will accumulate and may dramatically and negatively affect your Servicing Director performance.
By default this event is scheduled to run every Friday in Event Manager.
To run this cleanup on any other day in addition to Friday, in the Event manager application, locate and move the Temporary Table Clp event from the Available Events in System Administration > Cleanup Functions to the Scheduled Instances list to schedule another instance for the event.
To run this cleanup on a day other than Friday, in the Event manager application, go to View > Recurring Instances, locate and select the Temporary Table Clp event from the Recurring Events Available Events list , select Schedule, and make your change.
