Collection Letter (1 Payment Due)
The 1 Pmt Due collection letter notifies borrowers that they are past due one payment. This letter is called "1pmtdueltr.doc" and is in the rpt folder where you installed Servicing Director.
You can run this letter any time after you run the Payment Schedule Generation Update (see article HT10652 for Running the Payment Schedule Generation Update) Use the Instance Criteria screen to select which loans to run letters for.
For each loan selected, additional letters are generated for all active Notice of Default records associated with the loan. To exclude letters for Notice of Default records, use the following criterion when running the event: NoDAddr = No. To print letters for Notice of Default records only, select NoDAddr = Yes.
