Current Version of Fusion Servicing Director

The current version of Fusion Servicing Director is 20.1. This version was released on June 10, 2020 and is a full upgrade from version 19.4 of both the server and the desktop applications and includes the following:

  • Two major enhancements: 
    • Encrypting borrower's Social Security Numbers (SSN) within the database
    • Separating borrower's middle name (from first name) and suffix (from last name).
  • Product maintenance items and enhancements listed in the release notes. 

The software is available for download from the Support Center.
Note: You must have version 19.4 or later installed before you can install version 20.1.

  1. Log on to Finastra Customer Success Community
  2. Select Support Center.
    Note: If you do not see Support Center, contact your financial institution Finastra Customer Success Community system administrator to request access.
  3. Select Fusion Solutions > Servicing Director > Servicing Director
  4. Select Software Downloads.

The prior version of Servicing Director still supported is 19.4. The 19.4 version was released on December 12, 2019 and is available for download from Support Center. The 19.4 version is a full upgrade of both the server and the desktop applications from version 19.3. The 19.4 version includes the following:

  • The year-end release checklist.
  • Enhancements to IRS forms, exports, and reports to comply with changes required by Internal Revenue Services for 2019. 
  • Enhancements to the application to allow users to assign a control number to each reportable loan in Puerto Rico.
  • The additional add-on updates or service packs for 19.4 are:
    • Update 19.4.1 - Service Pack for the 19.4 IRS 1098/1099 Export which did not complete successfully, including other maintenance items. 
    • Update 19.4.2 - Hotfix specifically for the 19.4.1 Service Pack to fix the IRS 1098/1099 Export to correctly update the Date Last Exported fields.
    • Update 19.4.3 - Corrections for the IRS 1099 MISC Export and screens, the Annual Statement, and the Year End Rollover Update event.
    • Update 19.4.4 - Corrections for the Current Balance reported to credit bureaus, and an index for the History table to improve the IRS 1099 MISC Reporting screen.

Note: You must have version 19.3 or later installed before you can install version 19.4.
