Deleting Groups

Use the Groups screen to delete a group that you no longer need.
  1. Open Event Manager; then, click Events > Maintenance > Groups to open the Groups screen.
  2. Select a group; then, click Delete. Servicing Director deletes the group.
  3. Click Close to return to the Event Manager screen.
Note: You can delete a group only if there are no events associated with the group. Before you delete a groups that has events associated with it, you must first delete all recurring instances of the event and then delete the event.
