Editing the Servicing Director Investor Accounting Current Month's Cutoff Records

This procedure edits the current month's Servicing Director investor accounting cutoff records.
  1. Open Investor Accounting.
  2. On the Latest Cutoffs list, double-click the investor you wish to modify to open the Cutoff Summary screen.
  3. On the Cutoff Summary screen, click Select Cutoff to open the Select Cutoff Date screen.
  4. On the Select Cutoff Date screen, choose the Cutoff Date you wish to modify; then, click OK.
  5. On the Cutoff Summary screen, click Loan Details and locate a loan to review.
  6. Verify the loan cutoff date, which should be the Next Cutoff Date.
