Entering a Servicing Director License Key Code

Your Servicing Director applications require your system to have a license key code.

You are provided a unique serial number and key code to identify your company and to enable the desktop applications.

The key code specifies the number of loans that you can have in Servicing Director and identifies which applications you can use.

If you need to have more loans than your current license allows, contact your Servicing Director Sales representative and arrange to purchase a new license with a higher loan limit. To see your current license usage, view the Help > About screen for any Servicing Director application.

Use the procedure below to enter your license key code.

Enter the license key code once, from one desktop with the Servicing Director applications. The license is effective system-wide for all your Servicing Director desktops.


Complete the following steps from one desktop with the Servicing Director applications:

  1. Click Start > Programs > D+H > Servicing Director > Update License.
  2. Enter your serial number and the key code for Servicing Director.
  3. Click OK.
