Servicing Director Customer Self Service 16.1 Must Be LIcensed
Customer Self-Service 16.1 must be licensed to be operational.
The Customer Self-Service 16.1 installation programs will complete successfully without prompting for or testing for this licensing.
However, borrowers and investors will not be able to login to the web pages until it is licensed.
The license is a new Servicing Director license, which includes a setting enabling the Customer Self-Service web page add-on feature, and you enter the license using your Servicing Director Update License application.
Customer Self-Service will be operational once the Servicing Director license key code has been updated.
Review the Customer Self-Service Installation or Upgrade guide Additional Web Settings section for the procedure to enter your Servicing Director license Key Code.
If you recently upgraded from Customer Self-Service 15.3 (or prior) to the version 16.1 (or later), you should have received a new Key Code updated to include Customer Self-Service licensing. If you do not have a Key Code which licenses Customer Self-Service, contact Customer Support using Case Management in the Finastra Finastra Customer Success Community website (https://customercenter.dh.com).
