Events that will Update the Next Trans Type in the Customer Service Credit Screen

To navigate to the Next Trans Type drop-down, in a Customer Service Application select Payment Screen > Credit Screen.
Here you can find the Next Trans Type drop-down.

You can create both a Credit Report Table Event and a Credit Bureau Export. This sets the Next Trans Type to 1. The Status Update Event changes Next Trans Type to 1 if the ResumeCreditDate is in the past. The Repayment plan process turns off credit reporting if Credit Reporting is set to Do Not Report.
The Temporarily Stop Credit Reporting Event option can be used to turn off credit reporting.
