Finding Servicing Director Event Manager Events
Use the Event Manager Search screens to quickly find an event based on its name, or other search information.
You can find available events or scheduled events.
To find available events which are not yet scheduled:
- Open the System Administrator application.
- Click Event Manager. The Event Manager screen appears.
- Click Events > Search. The Instance Search screen appears.
- In the Event Name, Category Description, and/or Group Name fields, enter or select criteria to search for the event.
Note: If you do not know the exact name of the event you are looking for, enter a partial name with the wildcard character, %. For example, if you are looking for the ACH export, type %ACH% in the Event Name field.
- Click Search. The Search screen lists the available events that match your search.
- Click on the event you want to find and highlight it.
- Do one of the following:
To find scheduled events:
- Open the System Administrator application.
- Click Event Manager. The Event Manager screen appears.
- Click Instances > Search. The Instance Search screen appears.
- In the Event Name, Category Description, Event Type, Group, and/or Priority fields, enter or select criteria to search for the event.
Note: If you do not know the exact name of the event you are looking for, enter a partial name with the wildcard character, %. For example, if you are looking for the ACH export, type %ACH% in the Event Name field.
- Click Search. The Search screen lists the scheduled event instances that match your search.
- Click on the event you want to view and highlight it.
- Click Select. The selected event will appear highlighted on the Event Manager scheduled events screen.
