How to Add Legal Descriptions to a Property

Adding legal information for a loan's property
Adding Legal Descriptions can be completed in the Customer Service Application, or the Loan Setup Application as follows:

Access customer service or the loan setup application
Select a loan
Select property
Select legal description

Adding Legal Descriptions can be completed in the Collections Application as follows:

Access the collections application
Select a loan
Select options
Select Property

Adding Legal Descriptions can be completed in the Tracking Application as follows:

Access the tracking application
Select a loan
Select options
Select legal description

Add Legal Descriptions in the above applications as follows:

Enter the loan number for the parcel
Enter the section number assigned to the parcel
Enter the tract number
Enter the block number assigned to the parcel
Enter the condominium, apartment, flat, or town home number in the unit number field
Enter the legal description of the property
Select Ok

Note : Do NOT select the ENTER key when you type the description in this box as it will cause errors when you export tax or inspection information
