Moving Fusion Servicing Director Customer Self-Service to a New Production Server

You would like to move or migrate a Fusion Servicing Director Customer Self-Service production server to another server, creating a new production server.
The procedures below are for your local IT or system administrator familiar with Windows and Microsoft IIS Server.

Apply the following to each Customer Self-Service server you are migrating:
  1. Use a combination of the Customer Self-Service Upgrade Guide and the Installation Guide to migrate to a new server.
  2. From the Upgrade Guide, use the Pre-Upgrade Checklist on your old server to gather information about settings and backup your customized web pages.
  3. Move to the Installation Guide and apply the installation steps to the new server.
  4. Use settings information and place customized web pages from step 2 above on the new server.
Note: Update your settings as needed from your old server. For example, if your SQL server instance has changed, then use the new SQL server instance name when prompted for the SQL server name during the Installation Guide steps.
