Printing the Branch Name on Customer Receipts.
You want the name of the branch to show on the customers receipts.
Environment:
EZTeller
- Open Superview and select your role.
Note: Superview access is defined under Security Details, if your don't have access to this module, contact your administrator.
- You must select a working group when opening Supverview, your structural hierarchy is displayed, select your bank or branch you are modifying.
- Select Profile Options > Receipt Printing.
- Select the General Options tab.
- Locate the section Customized Bank and Branch Names and check the box for "Use This Branch Name on Customer Receipts."
- In the Branch Name box enter the name of the branch.
- Click Apply.
- Click on Yes to the message: "Profile changes have occurred on the General Options page for Branch XXX. Do you want to save these changes?"
- Click OK to close the screen.
- The tellers must exit EZTeller and restart before this change will be recognized.
