Servicing Director Applications Program Interface (API)
The Servicing Director and related Customer Self-Service products do not have an Applications Program Interface (API).
The products are designed for interactive user control.
There are no automation or programmatic controls, and no document of API specifications.
The applications, including the Customer Self-Service web pages are closely coupled over Open Database Connectivity (ODBC) to the Servicing Director databases, using either Transact-SQL statements or stored procedures.
File interfaces, such as creating a text data file to provide to another system, can be developed, usually as part of a purchased customization project.
