Servicing Director Disbursements Update Changes the PMI Paid Field On loans Originated On or After 1/1/2007

The Servicing Director Disbursement Update is based on IRS regulations. 


On loans originated on or after 1/1/2007, the PMI Paid field gets updated with each disbursement in the Year To Date screen, which then flows into the PMI Paid in the End Of Year screen after the year end rollover.


On loans originated before 1/1/2007, all premiums paid go into the 'Insurance Disbursed' field in the Year to Date screen, which subsequently flow into the Insurance Paid field in the End Of Year details screen after the year end rollover.
