Servicing Director Newly Acquired Loan is not Reporting to the Credit Bureaus

You may find that a loan in Servicing Director, which was recently acquired, is not reporting to the credit bureaus, and is not appearing in the Servicing Director Credit Bureau Export file.

Workaround:

In Servicing Director's Credit Bureau Reporting functionality, by design, if a loan is acquired, then that loan should not report for 60 days (2 months) from the date the loan was acquired.

 

You can verify if this is the case for your loan by doing the following: 

  1. Open the Customer Service application. 
  2. Choose your loan.
  3. Click the Dates button.  
  4. Verify that the Acquired date is less than 60 days from the day when you last ran the Create Credit Report Table event

 

When the acquired date is more than 60 days before the transaction date of the running of the Create Credit Report Table event, then the loan will start reporting to the credit bureaus automatically.
