Workaround:
The right-click Web Setup link is added by the CSS product Database installation called "Customer Self-Service Database Setup".
The addition is made by modifying the Servicing Director Service database.
As the Customer Self-Service Installation and Upgrade guides describe, the Customer Self-Service Database Setup is applied to the Servicing Director database server, once, when the CSS product is first implemented, and not again.
When the Customer Self-Service Database Setup installation program is installed on the Servicing Director database server, the Windows programs list on the server will list the product as "Servicing Director Customer Self-Service Database".
Unfortunately, there is no easily found public record of the Customer Self-Service Database Setup changes made to the Service database.
Have your local IT or system administrator confirm the Customer Self-Service Database Setup was installed once on your Servicing Director database server.
If you confirm the Customer Self-Service Database Setup has never been applied to the Servicing Director database server connected to your CSS product, then install the Customer Self-Service Database Setup to resolve this issue.
IMPORTANT: If you have already implemented CSS and already configured CSS related settings, installing the Customer Self-Service Database Setup will overwrite CSS related settings with default values. Do not install the Customer Self-Service Database Setup a second time on the same Service database after you have already implemented CSS and already configured CSS related settings.
