The Servicing Director 7.7 upgrade must be performed after your End of Day (Run All) events have been completed and before any new payments are posted.
The "Daily Simple Interest Accrual update" and the "HELOC Daily Loan Draw Table update" events are run during the End of Day events. You must verify that these events were successfully run on your database, and that no new payments were posted before you start the Servicing Director 7.7 upgrade.
Workaround:
To verify that these events were successfully run, open the Accrued Interest screen and verify that the date displayed in the Through Date field is the previous day.
If your system includes ILS Web one-time online payments, or UltraData realtime payments, then disable the ILS Web or UltraData web server applications temporarily during the upgrade to stop borrowers from posting payments.
Run the Servicing Director 7.7 upgrade.
Post payments the following day.
