Viewing the Servicing Director Archiver Folders

Viewing the Servicing Director Archiver Folders

Use this procedure to view both past and current archive folders created for your system.  If no archive folders are listed, then your System Administrator has not enabled the Archiver option on your system.

Perform the following steps:

  1. Open the System Administration application.
  2. Click Setup.
  3. Select Archiver Options; then, click Open.
  4. To enable archiving, select the Enable Archiving check box.

Note: If the check box is selected for a period of time and then cleared, documents that have been archived remain intact.

  1. Select the location to save newly archived documents from the Active Folder drop-down list.
  2. Select the location to save reserve archived documents from the Reserve Folder drop-down list. Documents will be archived in this folder if the Active Folder becomes full.
  3. Click Fixed Hard Drive in the Create Folders section.

Note: The Setup Folder on the Fixed Hard Drives screen includes a list of all the archiver folders for your system, including past and current folders.  Past folders may contain documents archived in the past when the folder was set as the active or reserve folder.
