Which Department Is The Default Used In The New Comment Screen
New Comments can be added in 3 (three) locations in Servicing Director.
These are in the Customer Service, Comments screen; ARM, Options, Comments screen; or in the Collections, Contact , Comments screen.
By default, when you add a comment in Customer Service, it will always default to Department : Servicing.
In Collections and ARM modules, a new Comment will always default to Department : Collections.
