Adding an Email Address for IRS Reporting

If there is an email address for the person to contact at your company regarding electronic or magnetic files, the IRS requires exports to include that email address. Use the following steps to add the email to your company information before you run any IRS exports.
  1. Open System Administration and select Table setup.
  2. Select Company, and then select Open.
  3. On the Setup tab, enter the email address in the Contact email field, then select OK.
