ARM Adjustment Notices - Initial and Subsequent

 The following must all be true:

  • Payment Address Control must be set up
  • ARM Notice Type = Initial/Subsequent
  • There must be a pending ARM Adjustment (in the pending list under the ARM module) for a letter to print
  • The Pending Adjustment must have a status of Calculated
  • In the Pending Adjustment there must be a P&I Change Date (cannot be blank of )
  • The ARM record must have a Index Code selected
  • There must be a Borrower Assignment in the Mailing Address screen
