Can the ACH Web Payments Export be Run More than Once a Day?

The ACH Web Payments Export can be run more than once a day but the second run would overwrite the first if the same file name was used for both, and the file had not yet been exported to the bank.  This means that each file would need to have a separate name.

For example: The first file could be named ACH Web 03/01/2016 -1  and the second file could be named  One Time ACH Web 12-09-2015 - 2.
