Changing the Annual Review Schedule Date for Exempt Accounts.
In CTR, the Annual Review Schedule date for Exempt Accounts needs to be changed.
Workaround:
Follow the steps below to change the Annual Review Schedule date for Exempt Accounts:
- Access CTR Module.
- Select Customer Information.
- Select Exemptions database.
- Click Search.
- Double click on the customer record.
- Change the Annual Review Schedule date.
- Click OK.
