Changing the Annual Review Schedule Date for Exempt Accounts.

In CTR, the Annual Review Schedule date for Exempt Accounts needs to be changed.

Workaround:

Follow the steps below to change the Annual Review Schedule date for Exempt Accounts:

  1. Access CTR Module.
  2. Select Customer Information.
  3. Select Exemptions database.
  4. Click Search.
  5. Double click on the customer record.
  6. Change the Annual Review Schedule date.
  7. Click OK.
