Checking SAM Alerts Manually
You want to find out if an alert or special condition exist for any account.
Environment:
EZTeller
For EZTeller Enterprise:
- From the EZTeller main menu, select Ask > SAM. The Ask SAM screen appears.
- Type the account number and press Enter.
- Select an Account Type from the drop-down list.
- Click OK. If there is an alert associated with the account, you will see the Special Accounts Monitor - Alert! screen display.
Note: If there are no alerts associated with the account, you receive a message stating that no alerts were found for the requested account.
- Click OK to return to the main screen.
For EZTeller32:
- From the EZTeller main menu, select Other > Ask SAM. The Ask SAM screen appears.
- Type the account number and press Enter.
- Select an Account Type from the drop-down list.
- Click OK. If there is an alert associated with the account, you will see the Special Accounts Monitor - Alert! screen display.
Note: If there are no alerts associated with the account, you receive a message stating that no alerts were found for the requested account.
- Click OK to return to the main screen.
