Deleting a Special Accounts Monitor "SAM" Account

This article explains how to delete a Special Account Monitor "SAM" Account.


  1. Open Superview and select your role.

Note: Superview access is defined under Security Details; if you do not have access to this module, contact your administrator.

  1. Select a working group. Your structural hierarchy displays.
  2. Select the bank or branch level you are modifying and then click OK.
  3. Select SAM > Admin. The Special Accounts Monitor - Administration screen displays.
  4. From the Find tab, select the customer account record you want to remove and click the Delete Account button.

Note: When you delete a SAM customer account, all messages associated with that account number are removed as well. To delete individual messages, use the Delete Alert button.

  1. Respond Yes to the message: Are you sure you want to delete the selected account(s)?
  2. Click Exit to return to the main menu.
