Adding a New Alert to An Existing Special Accounts Monitor "SAM" account
You want to add an additional alert to an existing Special Accounts Monitor, "SAM" account.
- Open Superview and select your role.
Note: Superview access is defined under Security Details, if you don't have access to this module, contact your administrator.
- You must select a working group when opening Superview, your structural hierarchy is displayed, select the bank or branch level you are modifying and then click on OK.
- Click on SAM > Admin.
- The Special Accounts Monitor - Administration screen displays.
- Locate the account record to which you want to add the alert.
- Click the Add Alert tab.
- In the customer's account alert screen you can add the following information:
- Print Name on Receipt.
- Account Officer.
- Officer Code.
- Officer Phone #.
- Check Cashing Limit.
- Immediate Credit Limit.
- NFS/Overdraft Limit.
- Effective On.
- Expires After.
- Notify Teller On.
- Override required.
- Authority Level to override.
- Remarks.
- Click Save to add the alert.
- Click Exit to return to the main screen.
