Setting a New Account Flag in Superview, Special Account Monitor (SAM).

Flagging a new account with a SAM alert when you process a new account deposit transaction.


Follow these steps to set a new account alert in SAM:

  1. Open Superview.

Note: Superview access is defined under Security Details, if you do not have access to this module, contact your administrator.

  1. Your structural hierarchy is displayed, select the bank level as your working group and click OK.
  1. From the drop-down menu, select SAM.
  • In Superview32, select Supervisor > SAM Manager.
  • In Superview Enterprise, select the SAM > Admin.
  1. Select the Default Options tab.
  2. Select the box: automatically create alerts for new accounts.
  3. Enter the number of days an account is considered new.
  4. Enter the minimum transaction amount to show new account alert in EZTeller.
  5. Enter the authority level to override a new account alert.
  6. Click Save; click Exit to close the screen.

 

Users must exit EZTeller before this change will be recognized.
