Comment Reminder Section Grayed Out

Customer would like to add a Comment Reminder in the Customer Service Application but noticed the Comment Reminder section is grayed out so they are unable to add a Comment Reminder.


Workaround:

To Add a Comment Reminder:

  1. Select the Customer Service Application.
  2. Select Comments.
  3. Select New.
  4. Select Record Type Reminder.

 

This will allow customer to enter a Comment Reminder.
