Editing the Fee Modification Reason

You want to edit the Fee Modification reason.


  1. Open Superview and select your role.

Note: Superview access is defined under Security Details. If you don't have access to this module, contact your administrator.

  1. You must select a working group when opening Superview so that your structural hierarchy is displayed. Select the bank or branch level you are modifying, and then click OK.
  2. Click on Profile Options > EZTeller.
  3. Click on the Fee Modification Reasons Tab.
  4. Select the reason that you want to modify and click Edit.
  5. Make the necessary changes.
  6. Click OK.
  7. Click Apply.
  8. Click on Yes to the message: "Profile changes have occurred on the Fee Modification Reasons page for Branch XXX. Do you want to save these changes?"
  9. Click OK to return to the main screen.
  10. The tellers must exit EZTeller and restart before this change will be recognized.
