Setting Up a Fee Modification Reason.

You want to set up a fee modification reason, which will appear in EZTeller when a user attempts to modify a fee.


  1. Open Superview and select your role.

Note: Superview access is defined under Security Details. If you don't have access to this module, contact your administrator.

  1. You must select a working group when your structural hierarchy is displayed. Select the bank or branch level you are modifying and then click OK.
  2. Click on Profile Options > EZTeller.
  3. Click on the Fee Modification Reasons tab.
  4. Click the Add button.
  5. In the Add Fee Modification screen, type a two-character code that represents the Fee Modification Reason.
  6. In the Add Fee Modification screen, type the reason for the fee to be modified.
  7. Click OK.
  8. Click Apply.
  9. Click Yes to the message: "Profile changes have occurred on the Fee Modification Reasons page for Branch XXX. Do you want to save these changes?"
  10. Click OK.

Note: The tellers must exit EZTeller and restart before this change will be recognized.
